I am a researcher and data scientist with a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Over the past five years, I have developed expertise in data analysis, social innovation, and ethical business practices, working with renowned institutions such as the European Commission in Belgium, the University of Porto in Portugal, and Universidad de las Américas Puebla in Mexico.
